We published a new article analyzing longitudinal associations of effort-reward imbalance and overcommitment with mental health outcomes. We found that overcommitment mediated the effect of effort-reward imbalance on mental health. Dorothea Hinsch, the first author of this paper, worked on the question for their doctoral thesis.
