New publication

In our new publication we used longitudinal data of the Third Socio-Medical Panel to examine the effects of organizational injustice and effort-reward imbalance on subjective work ability and rolefunctioning of empoyees. Both aspects of injstice at work were identified as important predictors of limited participation. Employees with experiences in health-related and work-related impaiments are in a special need of reliable structures and just work conditions. The abstract of this publication can be found here.
